The main force resisting system for this structure is conformed of tilt-up walls which serve to carry both the lateral and gravity loads along the perimeter of the building and on the commons area. On the multi-sport enclosed arena and commons area long clear spans are achieved by roof deck over deep joist system. The floor framing is comprised of composite reinforced concrete over metal deck supported by structural steel columns. The loads are transfered to deep straight shaft foundation.
